Activity
General electrical contracting, KNX building automation, network cabling and fibre, CCTV, fire and intrusion detection, EV charge points and compliance work, for homes and commercial buildings.
Electrical installation is not a regulated profession under the Belgian Code of Economic Law, so there is no professional order or supervisory authority to name here. The installations themselves fall under the RGIE, Belgium’s electrical code, and are inspected by an independent approved body.
Site production
This site is designed and built by Orban Consult. The photographs in the "Our work" section are not ENVO’s own work: they are illustrative photographs under the Pexels licence, meant to be replaced.
Intellectual property
The ENVO logo and name belong to ENVO SRL. The text and structure of this site are protected by copyright. Reproduction without prior written agreement is prohibited.
Liability
The information published here is indicative and is not a contractual offer. Only a written and signed quotation binds ENVO SRL. Links to third-party sites do not place their content under our responsibility.
Privacy policy
What happens to what you write to us. This page follows Article 13 of the GDPR, which lists what has to be told to you at the moment your data is collected.
Controller
ENVO SRL, Au Fonds Râce 31, 4300 Waremme, Belgium. Enterprise number BE 0767.875.259. For any question about your data: info@envosrl.com or +32 495 88 75 92.
No data protection officer is appointed. The GDPR requires one only of public authorities and of organisations carrying out large-scale monitoring or large-scale processing of sensitive data, which is not the case here.
What we collect, what for, and on what basis
The site has two forms and collects nothing outside them. There is no account, no newsletter and no profiling. Visits are measured without a cookie, see Analytics below.
- Quotation request and contact form
- Name, company, e-mail, phone, postcode, client type, message and the questionnaire answers. Purpose: to answer your enquiry and prepare a quotation. Legal basis: steps taken at your request prior to entering into a contract, GDPR Article 6(1)(b).
- Form protection
- IP address and technical signals sent to the anti-abuse service. Purpose: to stop automated submissions. Legal basis: legitimate interest, GDPR Article 6(1)(f), the interest being to keep the forms usable and the mailbox workable.
Do you have to provide this data?
No form is compulsory. But we cannot answer an enquiry without a way to reach you: the fields marked as required are required for that reason and for no other.
Who receives it
ENVO SRL, and the providers strictly needed for the message to leave you and reach us. No data is sold, rented or passed on for commercial purposes.
- Cloudflare, Inc., which hosts this site, sends the forms’ e-mails and provides the anti-abuse protection, acting as a processor.
- The mail provider hosting the info@envosrl.com mailbox, where enquiries arrive.
- Orban Consult, which built this site and maintains it, receives a copy of every enquiry, acting as a processor.
Transfers outside the European Economic Area
Cloudflare, Inc. is established in the United States, so a transfer outside the EEA is possible. It is covered by the standard contractual clauses adopted by the European Commission, incorporated into that provider’s data processing agreement.
How long we keep it
- An enquiry that leads to no work: two years after the last exchange, then deleted.
- An enquiry that becomes a job: the statutory retention period for accounting records, ten years in Belgium.
- The site itself keeps nothing. What you send leaves in the e-mail and is stored on no server of this site.
Your rights
You can ask for access to your data, its rectification, its erasure, restriction of its processing, object to the processing, and ask for portability. Write to info@envosrl.com: we answer within a month.
If the answer does not satisfy you, you can lodge a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority, Rue de la Presse 35, 1000 Brussels, contact@apd-gba.be, autoriteprotectiondonnees.be.
Analytics
Visits to the site are measured with Matomo, free software hosted in Europe by Orban Consult, which builds the site. No cookie is written, your IP address is anonymised before anything is recorded, no identifier follows you from one visit to the next, and the script is served from this domain: no third-party server is contacted. Only aggregate statistics come out of it (visits, pages viewed, where visitors come from, requests sent), never sold and never used for advertising.
Automated decision-making
None. The quotation questionnaire chooses which questions to ask from the trade you pick, but it calculates no price, ranks nobody and decides nothing: what you send is read by a person.
Cookies
This site sets no analytics cookie and no advertising cookie.
Why there is no banner
A consent banner is required as soon as a site sets a non-essential cookie: analytics, advertising, a social network pixel. This site sets none. There is no Google Analytics, no Meta Pixel and no tracking share button.
The only cookies present are exempt from consent because they are strictly necessary or because they store a preference you expressed yourself.
What is actually set
- envo_locale
- The language you are reading, so your next visit starts there. One year. Exempt: it is a user preference.
How to remove them
Your browser can delete this site’s cookies and refuse further ones, from its privacy settings. Refusing envo_locale prevents nothing: the site simply falls back on your browser’s language.
