Comfort that holds through four seasons
The same unit cools in summer and heats in winter. Correctly sized it runs low and gets forgotten; undersized it runs flat out all day and is audible from the next room.
We give the fitting as much attention as the output: the route of the pipework, where the outdoor unit sits and how the condensate drains are installation decisions, and they are taken before the unit is bought.
What decides the unit
- Area and volume
- Three metres of ceiling height is not the same room as two and a half, at equal floor area.
- Aspect
- Orientation, glazing and whatever shades the facade set the summer load more reliably than the square metres do.
- Occupancy
- A meeting room full for two hours a day and an office occupied continuously do not call for the same setting.
- Use of the room
- A plant room, a shop and a bedroom have three different noise thresholds, and that is a selection criterion.
What we commit to on a cooling installation
- Sizing that is calculated, not lifted from a catalogue
- Warm and cool on the same unit
- A careful fit, pipework and condensate included
- Quiet equipment, chosen for the room
